Dear Investors/Creditors:

On June 4, 2007, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, Atlanta Division (the "District Court") appointed me as Receiver to take control of Global Online Direct, Inc., and their subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, the "Global"). Based on the District Court's Orders, all assets of Global and Defendants Bryant E. Behrmann ("Behrmann") and Larry "Buck" E. Hunter ("Hunter") (collectively, "Defendants") and their subsidiaries and affiliates are frozen and all actions against Defendants, including but not limited to any effort to enforce claims through self-help or other means are expressly prohibited without prior approval of District Court. In other words, claims against Global, Behrmann, Hunter or their subsidiaries or affiliates and efforts to take possession of or to assert a lien interest in the property of these entities is prohibited.

Prior to my appointment as Receiver, on June 4, 2007, the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the "Commission") filed a lawsuit in the District Court against the Defendants. In its lawsuit, the Commission alleged that the Defendants had been conducting an investment scheme from 2005 through the present in which they engaged in the unlawful sale of securities to investors raising more than $15,000,000 from 8,000 investors. Among other things, the Commission alleged that the Defendants promised annual returns of more than 1103% on investments over $10,000.

On April 5, 2007, the District Court granted its Order Granting Preliminary Injunction and Ordering Other Ancillary Relief ("April 5, 2007 Order"), enjoining Defendants from violating Sections 5(a) and 5(c) of the Securities Act of 1933 ("Securities Act").

On June 4, 2007, the District Court modified certain provisions of the April 5, 2007 Order, granted an order appointing me as a Receiver for Defendants, freezing all their assets, ordering other ancillary Relief and prohibiting further fraudulent activities alleged in the Commission's complaint ("Order").

As the Receiver, one of my principal responsibilities is to locate, recover and preserve the assets of the Defendants and their subsidiaries and affiliates. Accordingly, my initial work has been focused on the marshaling of assets, analysis of the books and records of the Defendants and the evaluation of the alleged business operations. At this time, I have made no recommendations to the District Court as to whether Global can or should be operated or liquidated. Before any steps are taken to sell or liquidate the Defendants or their assets, notice will be provided to creditors and investors and I will seek Court approval.

Following the guidelines set forth in the Order and local court rules, in a few weeks I shall file an inventory report with the District Court and a copy of that inventory report will be found in the records of the United States District Court as well as on the website for Global located at http://www.grassmueckgroup.com/global_online.php.
We are in the process of evaluating the assets described in this inventory.

Given the status of the District Court proceedings as well as the Receiver's investigation, I am not in a position to make an estimate as to the timing or the amount that may ultimately be distributed to creditors and investors, if any. If assets are discovered that will yield a return to investors or creditors, you may receive notice of the claims procedures, the date for filing claims and any District Court hearing regarding the Receiver's distribution plans. Again, it is too soon to estimate whether such process will be warranted or the timing of such process.

In the meantime, you will receive periodic updates regarding the status of this matter. However, please note that the cost of such communication is extraordinary in light of the fact that there may be in excess of 8,000 creditors and investors worldwide. Given the cost associated with such mailings, we will only advise you of significant matters that affect your interests and such communications may be limited to email postings and updates on our website. I would encourage you to follow the case by using the website established for Global, or to review the records at the District Court. To facilitate this, we will post significant pleadings and other updates on this website.

In order to facilitate communication, I will be holding conference calls starting this week. Due to the number of callers expected and the limitations of technology, there will not be any opportunity to ask questions and each call will be limited to the first 1000 callers. If the line is busy when you call, please call back at a later time. Note that each of the calls below will discuss the same information and therefore it is not necessary to attend more than one call. All call times are listed in Pacific-Standard time and use United States phone numbers. If you are calling from out of the country, it will be necessary to first dial the country code (011).

AsianPay and Thailand Gold Exchange, great alternative to snapgold and sg exchanger

Found a much better way of selling my e-bullion (not using e-gold now with all the commotion that's going on) with Thailand Gold Exchange (TGE) and AsianPay (AP). Requested my payment on Sat from Thailand Gold Exchange and got paid into AsianPay the next day. Requested my bank deposit into my POSB account on Sun and got it on Tue. The rates were according to the bank rates. Of course there were some transaction charges but was overall much better than the rates snapgold and sg exchanger.

I did a withdrawal of $183.05 from my e-bullion account. TGE charged me $4.051 so I had $178.999 in my AP account. AP charged me $5.73 and I had $173.26 transferred to my POSB account. I got a total of S$263.44 which means the rate is 1.520 (rate of bank).

IMPORTANT UPDATE ON COF

This is the latest update on COF Payouts.

Basically, Cayman is on a business trip overseas & will be back by June 14th. He reassured that everyone will get paid. What he wants to do after he's back is to start paying everyone their principle back (including your compounded principle which's the current principle not yr original principle) less any payouts that has been made, that way at least some of you will still get your $$$ back. After that, he intends to pay EVERY QUARTER around 15% on your original principle until you made some good profits.

Due to some unforseen circumstances beyond his control, certain offline & online investments didnt actually deliver what he expected (alot of reasons behind too complicated to explain right now) & hence partly of the long delayed in the payouts. But dont worry, he assured that NOONE will lose a cent in COF & he'll be liquidating some of his assets & will expect the refund of the principle to everyone completed within 90-120 days after he returns.

The method of payment will be either US accounts, Australian accounts, ceptrust & debit card (still looking into it).

Well, not sure how someone can put 43K in somewhere and not remember it so kind of strange to me but the good news is that he is honest about it and is willing to pay back members the money that he found. Anything that benefits the members is a good sign to me. =)

As for DSM, good news also that it's opening up it's cashout button and that members will get paid even if they do not have a CEP account. Payout date is next friday so wait for more good news from posts that I have been paid.

I have enabled the cashout button as of this time since I'm not sure if I'll still have Internet connection tonight at midnight, server time. However, please realize that if you request a cashout today, you will NOT be able to request another cashout tomorrow no matter what your member level is. So, to cashout the maximum amount that you can, request your cashout tomorrow.

Only cashout requests made by 11:59:59 PM, March 23rd (server time) will be honored. All cashout requests made AFTER March 23rd (server time) will be denied.

Only cashout requests made to CEPtrust will be honored. If you still have Egold or AlertPay in your profile and request a cashout, it will be denied and you will have to wait until the next cashout request date (two weeks) to request another cashout. By now, you've had plenty of time to update your account. :-) So, make sure to update your payment processor BEFORE you make your cashout request. :-)

Please remember that all these cashouts will be paid on Friday, March 30th to your CEPtrust (or the special DSM CEPtrust if you've already submitted your information).

I still have very limited and sporadic Internet connection, but will be home this Saturday and will get caught up with all my emails and support tickets by Sunday evening.

If you have problems cashing out, or didn't get credited for surfing while I've been out of the office do not panic. I will get your account all fixed up and your cashout request processed when I get back so you will get paid the correct amount by payday (March 30th). :-)

Hello everyone.

This is not addressed to any one person, but to all who have made spends in 9planetnosurf.

I have been doing refunds for a few days now. I initially started from the top of the list, going by registration date, earliest to latest.

I did quite a few refunds that way then switched to the bottom of the list. And now am switching to the middle of the list.

I would ask all of you:

Please be patient! Do NOT ask me via tickets or PMs when am going to pay you in particular! Am working the top of the list, bottom of the list, the middle, etc. You will eventually get personally paid if you are in a loss position. In the meantime stay updated via the http://www.moneymakergrop.com/index.php?showtopic=129883&st=3788 MMG thread here.

Please, even if you are not registered at MMG you can at least view the thread as a guest (meaning you can't post anything).

Stay updated via that Forum thread, as I can't afford the time to update multiple lists and places.

Folks ARE being refunded at about 39% of what it would take to put them into a no loss position. So, everyone in a loss position will get paid! Eventually. Remember that am not the Person of God... so I can't instantly pay out everyone.

Again, do not send me emails, create tickets, PMs, or question me in the Forum. I don't have time to answer you. ALL of your questions have pretty well been answered either by myself personally, Blondie, or other folks in that Forum thread. So read it, even from the middle, if you have to. DesertSky Marketing is back online and you may login to your account. Remember you need to start surfing again this Friday (16 March 2007)!! Members will start earning daily rebates again for surfing starting on Friday, 16 March 2007. You must surf in order to earn your rebates.

VIP members need to update their VIP membership to the $25 version in order to keep your VIP status. Since current VIP members have already paid a $10 VIP fee, I've placed a special $15 current VIP member upgrade in the DSM Store. You only need to pay the difference if you want to continue your VIP membership. All current VIP members who do not update their VIP membership by 11:59 PM on Wednesday, March 14th will have their accounts reset to "Advertiser" status.

And 110% insane... That was an old one! But this never pretended to be anything other than what it was - a 110% cycling program that was kinda fun actually. Just a regular linear matrix - but was fun to run with payouts as fast as 5mins at certain times of the evening. lol. Ah memories!

You also missed my VERY FIRST EVER money game thingy (ponzi really): Money Matrix! Hosted on a yahoo geocities page about 4 or 5years ago lol. Paid erm, 400 or 500% as quickly as it could. Minimum deposit was 25cents and I dont know if there was a maximum lol. But that lasted surprisingly long given the outragious returns / strain on the matrix.

It will refund everyone eventually; and those who want a refund faster and are willing to cooperate can/will be refunded real quick.

And this refund plan is pretty water tight - no fixed daily aims that are going to get us in trouble and just a good solid and flexible (sorta) plan that will get people their refunds in hopefully not too much time.

GGI refunds... oh man... lol.
What we'll do with these - is if you are still owed a GGI refund - then we'll treat it like a JP refund. Transfer the GGI balance to JP and then you can get your refund as if it were a deposit into JP-Daily. Will write the details on the refund page later.

DesertSky Marketing - Now a member of CEP's family of programs

Dear DesertSky Marketing Members,

DSM has been very busy this past week. We have been in negotiations with CEP and have finalized a business deal that will ensure the stability and longevity of DesertSky Marketing. DSM will now fall under the CEP family of programs! This business deal has many advantages for you, DSM, and CEP.

All financial matters have been turned over to CEP management. CEP is now managing DSM's reserve fund and has already put this money to work in order for it to start earning a return. CEP will manage all the finances of DSM. Debs and I will continue to do what we do best: provide excellent customer service and innovative ideas. DSM will maintain its uniqueness (VIP membership, premium ads, etc.) while giving our members a safe place to advertise and earn rebates. We will now have the time necessary to continue to develop DSM into an awesome program that expands beyond the auto-surf world!

We appreciate the excellent management and staff of CEP and fully trust their expertise in generating good returns and sustainable programs.

In approximately 60-90 days, DSM will be migrate to CEP's servers and custom script. Permanent program details such as daily rebate %, ad pack value, etc. will be finalized in the next 30-60 days.

Important Details for Current Members

Because DSM's reserve fund is in such good shape, all members will earn a good profit. Below you will find the details agreed upon between DSM and CEP. I believe you will be very happy after you read them!

There will be no adjustment to your cash balance! The amount currently in your cash balance will be available for you to cash out.
All ad packs purchased on 19 February will earn 120%.
All ad packs purchased between 20 February - 03 March will earn 110%.
Members will start surfing and earning on Friday, March 16, 2007 at midnight server time.
The daily rebate will vary between 1-3% per day. (Daily rebate will start out at 1% per day.)
Members will be able to request a cashout every other Friday (first cashout date will be March 23rd). Payday will be made the following Friday (first payday will be March 30th).
"Advertisers" will be able to cashout up to $5,000 per cashout request with the normal 2% fee.
"VIP Advertisers" will be able to cashout up to $10,000 per cashout request with the normal 0% fee.
Advertisers will be able to purchase a VIP membership for $25 if they desire to do so.
Current VIP members will need to upgrade their VIP membership from the $10 version to the $25 version via a $15 "VIP upgrade" item found in the DSM store. This must be done between Monday and Wednesday (March 12-14). On March 15th all VIP members who have not updated their VIP membership will be reset to "Advertiser".
VIP membership is optional and not required to earn or cash out.
All cashouts will be paid via CEPtrust. If you do not have a CEPtrust account, click here.
Make sure you go into your account profile and update your payment processor with your CEPtrust account number (9 digit number).
No upgrades will be accepted until all current ad packs are expired and we have moved to the CEP server and custom script.

9PlanetNoSurf Refunding Updates

Am starting the refund process right now.

Here is how it will go (look at the picture):

It is not important what actually happened inside the programme... there were deposits from e-gold, deposits from internal balance (for some of you), earnings transactions, and so on.

What really matters is: The sum total of spends made from your e-gold account into the programme minus the sum total of withdrawals received into your e-gold account. If that difference is positive that means you are not in profit. If that difference is negative it means you received more than you put in and hence you are in profit.

As I have only $181 Grand left I have to spread that over all those accounts not in profit (after, of course, I refund those accounts that had made a fresh deposit from their e-gold account into the programme on the day that I shut down; let me clarify..... not all accounts.. ... not accounts that were open a few days already and made spends that day.... but ONLY those accounts that were opened that day and that made a fresh spend.... meaning no prior history, else am going to run out of money more quickly and many will not get what they deserve.... this is what Dustin of DSM did, I believe) which was on March 6th. After I have made those refunds I will then be able to calculate what percent of the remaining funds should be given to those not in profit.

So.... refunding is beginning.

PS: You know, sometimes I wish I had let the programme continue and die of its own accord, with no funds left. That way I would not be facing this immense headache of payouts! No one should be complaining at this point, as those not in profit will receive something! And you all knew what you were getting into... the programme was not an investment vehicle, I am not an Investment Manager, and not a Bank either. So I would say just relax and wait, if you're not in profit. And let me do my work.

9PlanetNoSurf Closing and Refunding

Urgent Update: March 6th 9Planetnosurf

9planetnosurf was operating very well over the first 16 days. Four days ago I noticed that withdrawals were at an increase and in fact were outstripping spends. I was hoping that this was not a new trend. The next day withdrawals again exceeded spends. Some new players came on board, finally, so I was hoping that their activities would turn things around. But that was not enough and not fast enough.

Unfortunately, again, the next two days were losing days because withdrawals far exceeded deposits and we were heavily dipping into the “reserves”. (We built up some reserves in the first few days and over the next few days incoming funds were either matching withdrawals for the day or slightly exceeding... hence a slow steady growth in reserves.)

Finally, today, I took a detailed look at all of the accounts and basically we have $181,576 left, which includes exactly $33,039 in the Long Term Account.

At this rate that $181 grand will disappear in about three or four days, maybe it will last longer due to new deposits (if I did not send this letter). But I doubt there will be many new spends after this letter has gone out. So that's likely out of the question. Now at this point most other programme operators have either closed down and run, or had already run sooner.

So we need to vote on this. I guess we'll have to create a new thread for the vote? Ok, I've created a poll: http://www.moneymakergroup.com/index.php?showtopic=134262

Basically we need to decide:

a) we shut down all plans and begin refunding the $181 grand or so, including Long Term Plan funds or
b) we keep the Long Term Plan open, shut down the rest, go into ForEx to keep the Long Term plan going, and refund $180-33=$147 grand.
Or
c) keep it going and allow all the funds to be drained/paid (including LT plan) out as it is unlikely folks will put in new spends after they read this.

Of course I will refund fairly, those folks who are not in profit, a percentage (so not 100% as we need to spread the remaining funds across all those not in profit).

The same trend has been occurring in the other programmes, which includes surfs, autosurfs, HYIPs. You folks are not to blame, you did a good job... but growth was not strong enough to keep going (or maybe it would be... if I had not sent this letter and recruiting really picked up... but again, over the last four days it has been a downward spiral and you would not believe how fast reserves can be drained... with the number of active members that we have it's a very quick and tight down-spiral. I wish I had won the lottery, if I did.. I could have paid you all out with pleasure even. Hold on, let me check my March 2nd Super 7 lotto ticket....(am not joking, am actually checking it...) ...nope, only 3 numbers matched, free ticket I guess.

Am glad I postponed my visit to see my daughter... today I would have been on the road and reserves would have further been drained and I would have had to spend the whole week there, doing refunds! Not good. So.. go and vote. For now I've suspended all new spends and all w/d's. Please do not complain to e-gold else all funds could end up being frozen. And that would be a stupid thing to do. I need not remind anyone that you knew what you were getting into when you came in. Despite the no refund policy, am likely going to end up refunding, depending on how you vote.

I keep adding to this note as new things come up for me. Over the past few days I have noticed pains in my left arm, near the shoulder, then below the elbow in some muscle group there, and even near the wrist. Left leg sometimes as well. Well, we all know those symptoms. So maybe this shut down is best for all concerned because if I get a heart-attack in the next few days, and I did not shut down and refund? Then those funds would effectively be lost, and I would be well out of my body and on my way. So maybe this is best. What am I doing about it? Taking Mg, CoQ10, Cayenne and so on. Who knows. Am ready. Please don't take this negatively.

Oh and please do not open thousands of support tickets or send millions of e-mails. There is no case to plead. All we have is that $181 grand left and I will refund appropriately, so e-mails begging me this and that will have to be ignored. Refunds will begin in about 4 days, maybe sooner, depending on how I decide to extract all the data. I'll keep you all up to date with updates and posts in the main MMG thread.

Dear xxxx,

I've received many emails from members who really want DSM to continue. I've talked to other admins, industry experts, and members of the DSM forum. We have, what we believe to be a workable plan for the members who want to continue and also for the members who want to leave.

The following changes will be implemented this week and we plan to have surfing, cashouts, and upgrades turned back on by this Friday:

-- Account Audits --
Current pending cashouts will be reset so all members will be on a level playing field. DSM will then conduct an account audit on every member to figure which members are in profit and which members are not in profit. The formula used will be: paid cashouts --minus-- real cash upgrades = profit amount. If this figure is positive, that member has made a profit and will have their current ad packs expired and their cash balance set at zero. If the figure is negative, that member has not made a profit and will have their current ad packs expired, their cash balance set at zero, and the amount they are not in profit entered as a brand new ad pack purchase.

Why are we continuing with the account audits and setting ad packs and cash balances to these amounts?
A lot of members have stated they never got paid for their upgrades. However, technically they did. When a member upgrades via their cash balance, DSM has paid them. Since most members do not understand this as being paid, we are basically taking a mulligan for everyone. We will make it very clear when we re-enable everything that if a member upgrades with their cash balance that DSM is paying them (we are simply bypassing the my processor to your processor and then back to my processor transactions). We will also include the "upgrade via cash balance" figure in the site stats so members will have a better idea of the amount DSM has paid. (This point was brought to my attention by a member of the MMG forum ~ thank you, Godzilla.)

-- VIP Membership Adjustments --
The VIP membership fee will be $25 per month for members who wish to participate at the VIP level. VIP members will be the only level eligible for referral commissions. VIP members will be able to request a cashout every day with zero fees. VIP members will also be eligible for special prizes and bonuses. All members will be reset to "Advertiser" status. For the first month, VIP membership will cost $15 in case a current member already paid $10 for a VIP membership. VIP membership will also only be available to members who purchase at least $10 in new ad packs when we come back online.

-- Referral Commissions --
VIP members will be eligible for referral commissions of 5%, however the max of referral commissions a VIP member may receive is 50% of their active ad pack purchases. For example, if a VIP member has $200 in active ad pack purchases, they may receive up to a maximum of $100 in referral commissions for the life of those ad pack purchases. This resolves the issue of certain members upgrading with the minimum and then milking DSM for referral commissions. At the same time, it does reward members for bringing in other members.

-- Upgrading via Cash Balance --
Members will only be able to upgrade via their cash balance on the weekends when cashout requests are not processed. There will be a 2% fee for upgrading with your cash balance. It will also be made clear that when a member upgrades via their cash balance, it is no different then DSM processing their cashout request. These funds are considered paid cashouts. This change will help control the growth of member's ad packs and give us a clearer picture of our cash flow. Also, upgrades via cash balance will be shown on the stats page as paid cashout request because that is what they really are. We will also work on a script modification to show ad pack purchases via cash balance as a paid cashout in the members cashout history.

-- Cashout Requests --
VIP Advertisers may request cashouts daily with zero fees.
Advertisers may request cashouts 3 times per week with a 2% fee.
You must request your cashout to the same processor you upgrade with. (DSM had many members upgrading with CEPtrust and AlertPay, but cashing out to Egold. This caused us to have to move funds from CEPtrust to Egold while incurring a 3% or 6% fee.)

-- Daily Rebate Percentage and Ad Pack Expiration --
The daily rebate percentage will fluctuate between 1-3% daily with random bonus days of up to 8%.
Ad packs will expire at 110%.
We have lowered the ad pack expiration percentage since the daily rebate return is lower so ad packs will still expire within a reasonable amount of time. Once the members who no longer want to participate have been paid out, we will revisit the ad pack expiration and may raise it to 115%.

-- Improvements --
DSM will also add a tutorial section with short videos on how to use the program features and how to get the most benefits out of DSM without killing the program in the process. Remember, besides providing quality advertising, our goal is to establish a long term program where members can enjoy the benefits for a very long time. The current autosurf world has a relatively small active membership base (active meaning members who actually upgrade). DSM is going to make an effort to expand beyond the autosurf world.

-- No Changes to the Following --
Max of $1000 per day in ad pack purchases
$0.05 per day bonus for surfing
Ad Packs are $1.00 each
Minimum cashout of $10.00

-- I want to participate ~ I don't want to participate ~ DSM won't allow me to participate --
Some members will want to continue with DSM. These members will simply start surfing, upgrading, requesting cashouts, and participate like they did in the past.

Some members will not want to continue to support DSM. These members will simply need to surf and request their cashouts within the limits of their membership level. They will be paid in full (110% of their balance due) in 37-110 days (depending on the daily rebate %) and then may submit a support ticket and DSM will delete their account.

Some members have threatened DSM Staff, used extremely foul language towards DSM staff, and/or made outlandish accusations via email, forum posts, and PM's. DSM has no interest in allowing these members to participate in DSM. These members will have their accounts locked and be banned from participating. If they are already in profit, they are done. Per the terms they agreed to, DSM does not owe these members a thing. However, if they are not in profit, they will be placed on a special list and refunded only the amount to make them whole. When will they be refunded? Good question. I'll get back to you on that.

-- In Summary --
To sum things up, DSM will re-enable surfing, upgrades, and cashouts later this week. When we come back online, DSM will be a 110% profit share with a variable 1-3% daily rebate percentage with random bursts of up to 8% per day.

Debs and I want to thank the many, many members who have been supportive and offered solutions instead of foul language, threats, and false accusations. You've been a help instead of a hindrance. I really believe you will see other legitimate programs making changes to more realistic daily percentages and methods to control growth in an effort to establish longevity.

1. Why would DSM need to close if we've taken in $4,375,615.00 in upgrades?

The fact is DSM only took in $1,299,752.00 in real cash upgrades. DSM has paid out to members, in real cash, $867,757.93. Not to mention advertising fees, server costs, prizes, etc. (although these additional costs were minimal).

2. Why couldn't we just continue with the minimum daily percentage?

Had the ad pack purchases leveled off at even half of our normal, we could have continued. However, as you can see, they were not leveling off. They continued a downward trend of approximately 50% of the previous day. Without sales, no business can continue. At the same time, our daily cashout requests quadrupled. Rather than allow this to continue, and burn through our reserve funds, while taking on more ad pack responsibilities, I decided it best in everyone's interest to close it down sooner, rather than later. Do you know of any business that could continue if their income drops and expenses increase at the rates DSM was experiencing?

3. Will everyone get a refund?

Yes. Like I mentioned earlier, each member's refund will be figured as follows: total of real cash upgrades -minus- total paid cashouts = refund amount due. Members who continued to support DSM after the daily % dropped will receive a 10% bonus. Also, these members will be paid out first.

4. CEPtrust complaints:

I received an email from CEPtrust on Friday because they received a large number of complaints that members of DSM had not been paid "for many, many days". This is a total lie! It amazes me that members would lie about a program like that. On Friday, DSM only owed the payments that were due that day. All previous days had been paid within our terms of 1 business day. I've instructed to CEPtrust to request screenshots of the members cashout history who are lying (since they would not be able to produce any that shows their CEPtrust payments pending for "many, many days").

5. Late payments:

The only payments that were not paid within one business day were approximately 60 egold payments. The reason for this is CEPtrust was unable to complete the Egold transfer that I had requested earlier, so these payments could be made on time. Rather than being able to fulfill our order within 2 business days, I received an email on the day it was due that they could fulfill it in 7 business days (the amount requested was $25k). The reason for this transfer was DSM had many members who upgraded with CEPtrust, but cashed out to egold.

6. When will I know how much my refund amount will be?

I've been attending classes all weekend, so I have not had the time work on the script that will audit all the accounts and figure the refund amount. I will start on this Monday. This should take about 3 days to complete. I will then send out an email and also put a link to the refund amount in your members area.

7. When will refunds start being paid?

Refunds will start being paid next week immediately after we complete the account audits. They will continue until every member has been refunded.

A profit-share program is only as strong as the support it receives from its members. Look at CEPcoast and Coastin88, when their percentage dropped, the members continued to support the program and they were able to continue operations. When other profit share programs experience a drop in their daily %, don't panic, continue to support the program and you will be able to continue to enjoy the benefits of it.

DesertSky Marketing - Closing and Refund

Just received an email from Dustin. It's kinda shocking that such a successful program like DSM would have to close. If you take a look at the final program statistics, I don't understand how DSM would need to close. If you minus the Total Ad Pack Purchases and Total Request Cashouts Paid, you still get $3,507,857.07. That's about $3 million dollars. I'm not sure why is Dustin not able to sustain the program for a while until the percentages stabilized. That way, I think those who got panic and stop re-investing will come back. The drop from 10% to 9.43% to 6.39% to 3.88% to 2% (min) was just too drastic.

I think the way to be successful is to understand the mentality of most of your members. I have lost much faith in surfing programs now after the failure of 12DP, 12by12Daily, and now DSM. These are the programs I had held in high regard but have all failed. I hope Dustin honors his word and refunds. If I do see that happening, I'll be the 1st one inside the private program that he will start.

As you know, I'm always open with my members about the status of DesertSky Marketing. There has been a mass exodus from DesertSky Marketing ever since the daily percentage dropped from 10% to 9.43%. You can see from the statistics page the daily advertising sales have plummeted. The figures for today are on track to be less than half of what it was yesterday. Obviously, the majority of the members do not want DSM to continue. This really is such a shame. DSM created a program that would have been able to sustain 5-6%, but the majority of the members did not want to support it when the percentage started to drop.

DSM does have real outside income and a sufficient reserve fund. We are going to continue with our master plan and move forward with a private, invitation only program. The members who are invited and choose to participate will enjoy the benefits of DSM's master plan.

Since it is apparent that the majority of the members do not want to participate in DSM as we know it today, I have decided to close DSM. I'm disheartened and disappointed that it has come to this. We do have an exit strategy where no member will lose money! Over the next week, we will have our programmer create an audit script to figure the amount due for each member.

DSM will compute refunds in the following way:
- Total real cash upgrades (upgrades from AlertPay, Egold, or CEPtrust) minus total paid cashouts = refund amount due
- If you are already in profit, you will not receive any more funds from DSM
- Members who continued to support DSM by upgrading after the percentage dropped will receive a 10% bonus along with their refund
- Members who continued to support DSM by upgrading after the percentage dropped will receive their refunds first
- All other refunds will be paid in member ID order, from lowest member ID number to highest member ID number

I've turned upgrades off as well as disabled the cashout button. I've also stopped processing cashout requests until we complete the account audits. As soon as the audit is completed, we will post a page on our site that shows the member number, and the refund amount you will be receiving. The list will be in the order in which the members will be paid. DSM will then immediately begin making payments. Payments will be made each business day until all members are refunded.

--- How did we get to this point? Several factors came into play that brought us to this point: ---

- Referral commissions was one. A good handful of members upgraded with minimum upgrades and built a huge downline. They didn't support the program they were recommending to their downline. Most not even surfing, but managed to login every day to withdraw their referral commissions. We have new code that will correct this referral commission issue. This new code will be passed to the companies that lease the DSM script.

- Once we reduced the referral commissions to correct the abuse, these same members who gained so much, started moving their downline to other programs. Not because DSM was a bad program, but because they could no longer milk the system and fill their own pockets.

- Once the daily percentage fell below the max of 10% (which we all knew it would eventually do), the majority of the members bailed. This is evident by looking at the program statistics. This is an unfortunate event because of so many programs burning members in the past. The community, as a whole, is not willing to stand by an honest program. Because of so many past programs that have scammed and/or failed, members jump at the slightest challenge. This is not so much a member problem, but it is an industry problem.

--- What can you do in the future? ---

- Support programs that are run by honest admins. Not just when the daily percentage is high.
- Pull your profit out along the way. This way when the daily percentage drops a bit, you will not be in a panic and withdraw all your funds, thus making the percentage drop even more.
- Sign up under the program link, not some referral whore. This benefits the majority more than a select few. Does your upline recommend a program because it is a good program, or do they recommend the program to make a killing off of your work? Do they upgrade as much as they encourage you to?
- Realize what a good percentage is; 2% per day is an awesome return, even 1% per day is better than you can find in any bank.

Please understand the business model did NOT fail. The business model is a solid one, especially with real outside income. However, a key component is sales. If sales drop to near nothing, then there will be near nothing to "share" with the members. This is what happened with DSM, and rather than let it die a slow, long death, we are going to stop the bleeding and make everyone whole.

I encourage you to support 4newbiesMarketing, Lucreshares, and a couple more that will be coming online very soon. These programs do have real outside income. If their daily percentage drops from the max, don't bail on them. Realize what a realistic daily percentage is and continue to work the program to make a reasonable monthly profit.

I am attending classes this weekend (Thursday - Sunday), so will not be online that much. This is the reason this email is coming so late. I hate to ask you for patience, but please be patient and we will post on the site next week the refund amounts so you will know the amount you are going to receive.
