Finally some good news from DSM

Let's be fair about this. I applaud Dustin's effort to get DSM back and running. But now we're limited to CEPtrust. Can't use e-gold? That's a pain in the butt. Anw, read his updates.


DesertSky Marketing - Now a member of CEP's family of programs

Dear DesertSky Marketing Members,

DSM has been very busy this past week. We have been in negotiations with CEP and have finalized a business deal that will ensure the stability and longevity of DesertSky Marketing. DSM will now fall under the CEP family of programs! This business deal has many advantages for you, DSM, and CEP.

All financial matters have been turned over to CEP management. CEP is now managing DSM's reserve fund and has already put this money to work in order for it to start earning a return. CEP will manage all the finances of DSM. Debs and I will continue to do what we do best: provide excellent customer service and innovative ideas. DSM will maintain its uniqueness (VIP membership, premium ads, etc.) while giving our members a safe place to advertise and earn rebates. We will now have the time necessary to continue to develop DSM into an awesome program that expands beyond the auto-surf world!

We appreciate the excellent management and staff of CEP and fully trust their expertise in generating good returns and sustainable programs.

In approximately 60-90 days, DSM will be migrate to CEP's servers and custom script. Permanent program details such as daily rebate %, ad pack value, etc. will be finalized in the next 30-60 days.

Important Details for Current Members

Because DSM's reserve fund is in such good shape, all members will earn a good profit. Below you will find the details agreed upon between DSM and CEP. I believe you will be very happy after you read them!

  • There will be no adjustment to your cash balance! The amount currently in your cash balance will be available for you to cash out.

  • All ad packs purchased on 19 February will earn 120%.

  • All ad packs purchased between 20 February - 03 March will earn 110%.

  • Members will start surfing and earning on Friday, March 16, 2007 at midnight server time.

  • The daily rebate will vary between 1-3% per day. (Daily rebate will start out at 1% per day.)

  • Members will be able to request a cashout every other Friday (first cashout date will be March 23rd). Payday will be made the following Friday (first payday will be March 30th).

  • "Advertisers" will be able to cashout up to $5,000 per cashout request with the normal 2% fee.

  • "VIP Advertisers" will be able to cashout up to $10,000 per cashout request with the normal 0% fee.

  • Advertisers will be able to purchase a VIP membership for $25 if they desire to do so.

  • Current VIP members will need to upgrade their VIP membership from the $10 version to the $25 version via a $15 "VIP upgrade" item found in the DSM store. This must be done between Monday and Wednesday (March 12-14). On March 15th all VIP members who have not updated their VIP membership will be reset to "Advertiser".

  • VIP membership is optional and not required to earn or cash out.

  • All cashouts will be paid via CEPtrust. If you do not have a CEPtrust account, click here.

  • Make sure you go into your account profile and update your payment processor with your CEPtrust account number (9 digit number).

  • No upgrades will be accepted until all current ad packs are expired and we have moved to the CEP server and custom script.

  • If you don't surf, you will not earn! Please remember to surf every day.

The above list gives you the temporary program details that will be in effect until the current ad packs expire and members are cashed out. Once all current ad packs are expired, DesertSky Marketing will migrate to CEP's server and custom script, upgrades will be enabled, and earnings/cashout details updated.

Debs and I are very excited about the future of DSM and feel very comfortable and safe to be a member of the CEP family of programs. Together (you, us, and the CEP family of programs) we can bring longevity, stability, and excitement to this industry while expanding our boundaries.
