I joined Online Capital since 16 Nov 2006 since it gave me a free $25 deposit. Up to now, I got earnings of $31.99. However, to withdraw the money I had earned (without spending a single cent) I had to deposit a min of $30 and then I did a withdrawal of $31.99. I will post when I get paid.
